Colors of a Glassing Factory

One of my favorite reasons for observing the work here at UFO is the variety of colors that are present in the glassing room.

So pretty.

And one of my favorite reasons for having our own business.... our kids can hang out too!

U. F. O. - The newest project by Russell Hoyte of Hoyte Designs

I am now not only shaping and designing surfboards but have added a new component to our factory in Oxnard, California.
Here at Hoyte Designs, we are diversifying the shop to include an in-house fiberglassing facility, not only limited to our surfboards, but to other shapers and industries who need fiberglass assistance.

Here is fellow shaper and family friend PJ Wahl from Wahl Surfboards in the Central Coast visiting Russ in our shaping room here at Hoyte Designs.

And here are two of PJ's customers boards that we glassed.

The first for Gino.
Airbrush done by local central coast airbrusher.
Simple Poly glass job done here at UFO.

Pretty in Blue.
A step-up 7'0.
Also a simple poly glass job.

We will be regularly featuring customers boards and glass work.

And also showing you the inside workings of a glassing shop.

Fun times!
